Looking for crypto exchange referral codes? Here are all six in one place: Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget and Gate — the code is NOVA888 (Gate uses QUANTXXX). But the code is only the door. What decides your long-run cost is how much of each fee comes back after you bind — and the six exchanges do not share the same rebate structure. Below is what each one is actually like, and what to watch for.
All five: codes, fees and rebate at a glance
Ranks and 24h futures volume cite CoinGlass; fees are the standard (VIP0) tier; the rebate percentages come live from the platform — they are not fixed numbers written into this page.
Binance — code NOVA888
Founded 2017, consistently first by futures volume, and the broadest coverage of the six across coins, derivatives and earn products. If you trade spot, futures and earn from one account, Binance is usually the "has everything" pick.
Its spot and futures fees are the industry standard values. Binance also lets BNB offset spot fees — the actual discount and VIP tiers are on the official fee schedule.
The rebate is the standard two-layer shape: the exchange returns part automatically and we add an extra layer on top. Full detail in Binance fees and rebate in full; new accounts follow the sign-up guide; if you already have a Binance account you can switch — Binance has an official rebind request flow, the most formal of the six, steps in switching an existing account.
OKX — code NOVA888
Founded 2017, second by futures volume. OKX has a steady reputation among professional traders for its interface and API, and it is the cheapest of the six for resting spot orders.
One concrete difference: OKX spot maker is 0.08% while the other four are 0.10%. If your strategy rests a lot of spot volume, those 2 basis points compound. Actual rates on the official fee schedule.
One thing to state plainly: OKX affiliate terms only permit advertising up to 20% rebate, so every table on this site shows OKX at 20% — for anything beyond that, talk to support. Full detail in OKX fees and rebate in full; new accounts sign-up guide; switching switching an existing account.
Bybit — code NOVA888
Founded 2018, third by futures volume. It grew up as a derivatives venue and its futures books are deep, which is why it is home turf for a lot of futures traders.
Its futures taker fee is 0.055%, a shade above the 0.05% at Binance, OKX and Gate. Actual rates on the official fee schedule.
What really sets Bybit apart is the rebate structure. The other four are "exchange returns part automatically + we add a layer"; Bybit has no exchange-side auto-rebate, so your rebate arrives as a single total settled by us. That is why the Bybit column in our tier table shows one number instead of "20% + X%" — nothing is missing. The difference between the two structures is in auto-rebate vs extra rebate. Full detail in Bybit fees and rebate in full; new accounts sign-up guide; switching goes through a KYC transfer, see switching an existing account.
Bitget — code NOVA888
Founded 2018. Alongside ordinary crypto perpetuals, Bitget's futures list includes tokenised US equities and commodities — our own settlement data has carried symbols like SOXL, SNDK and SKHY, plus XAU (gold). If you want crypto and equity exposure in one account, that is a real option.
Its futures taker fee is 0.06%, the highest of the six — so Bitget's appeal is not the headline fee but the rebate percentage and the breadth of what you can trade. Actual rates on the official fee schedule.
Bitget's spot and futures rebate percentages differ (futures is higher), so a futures-first trader gets back more than the spot number suggests. Full detail in Bitget fees and rebate in full; new accounts sign-up guide; note the 30-day cooldown when switching, see switching an existing account.
Gate — code QUANTXXX
Founded 2013 — the oldest of the six — and the fastest to list, with the widest coverage of small and new tokens. If you want to reach a new listing early, Gate is usually where it lands first.
Fees are the industry standard values; see the official fee schedule for the current schedule.
Gate has the highest futures rebate of the six, and it differs from its spot rate — the gap is widest for futures-first traders. Note the code is QUANTXXX, not the NOVA888 used by the other four; get it wrong and the binding will not take. Full detail in Gate fees and rebate in full; new accounts sign-up guide; switching needs a fresh email, see switching an existing account.
The actual rebate at each tier
The table below comes live from the platform and follows your tier. Tier is set by your rolling 30-day fees, updated daily and effective the same day.
Which one should you pick?
- You do a bit of everything and want one account: Binance. Broadest coverage, and the most formal switching path.
- You rest a lot of spot volume: OKX. Spot maker 0.08% is the lowest of the six.
- Futures only, want the highest rebate: Gate. Highest futures rebate — and remember the code is QUANTXXX.
- You also want tokenised US equities or gold: Bitget. Its futures list carries them.
- You are already at home in Bybit's books: Bybit. Just know its rebate is a single total, not two layers.
Already have an account — can you still bind?
Yes, but a referral code cannot be added after the fact — that is the exchange's rule, not ours. Existing accounts go through "switching", and the path differs at every exchange: Binance has an official request flow, Bybit uses a KYC transfer, Bitget has a 30-day cooldown, Gate needs a fresh email, OKX has four methods. Each section above links to that exchange's guide.
FAQ
What are the six referral codes?
Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bitget all use NOVA888; Gate uses QUANTXXX. Gate is the exception — get it wrong and the rebate will not bind.
Why is OKX only shown at 20%?
OKX affiliate terms only permit advertising up to 20%, so every table on this site shows OKX at 20%. For anything beyond that, talk to support.
Why does Bybit show one number instead of "20% + X%"?
Because Bybit has no exchange-side auto-rebate. The other four have the exchange return part automatically and we add a layer; Bybit's rebate is a single total settled by us. Different structure, nothing missing.
Can a referral code be added after signing up?
No — that is the exchange's rule. Existing accounts go through switching; each exchange differs, see the guide linked in its section above.
Do the rebate percentages change?
Yes, with your tier, which is set by rolling 30-day fees and updates daily. That is why this page does not hardcode any percentage — every table comes live from the platform.
