Bybit referral code: NOVA888. Registering with it earns a fee rebate of up to 40%.
Bybit differs from the other four in one important way: it has no official automatic rebate. Without a code, you pay your fees in full and nothing comes back — binding a rebate platform is the only route to recovering any of it.
This page covers the code itself. For the full walkthrough, see the Bybit registration guide.
What is the Bybit referral code?
The code is NOVA888. The button below carries it automatically; registering manually means entering it in the referral field.
Where do you enter the code?
Bybit also collapses the field by default, labelled "Referral code (optional)". Expand it, enter NOVA888, submit. Full steps are in the Bybit registration guide.
How much does it earn?
Up to 40%, by tier. Unlike the others, Bybit's 40% is a single total rather than "20% auto plus extra" — because Bybit gives no automatic rebate of its own.
Bybit Earn also generates an affiliate interest share, which is within scope of the rebate; most KOLs keep that portion. See Bybit Earn interest share.
The three ways people get this wrong
- Submitting without expanding the field. Bybit collapses the referral field by default.
- Clicking another referral link mid-signup. The later one overwrites the first. Pick your code and go through that one link end to end.
- Deciding to sort it out later. On Bybit this is the expensive mistake: with no official auto-rebate, skipping the code means nothing comes back at all — there is no 20% floor as there is elsewhere.
What is this code actually worth?
Using Bybit futures rates (taker 0.055%, maker 0.02%) at 70% taker / 30% maker, the blended rate is 0.0445%:
| Monthly volume | Monthly fee | No code (0%) | With NOVA888 (up to 40%) | Yearly gap |
| 100,000 USDT | 44.5 USDT | 0 | 17.8 | ~214 |
| 500,000 USDT | 222.5 USDT | 0 | 89 | ~1,068 |
| 2,000,000 USDT | 890 USDT | 0 | 356 | ~4,272 |
Note that the left column is 0, not 20%. On the other four, skipping the code still leaves the exchange's automatic rebate as a floor. Bybit has none — it is the only one of the six where not binding means nothing at all. The effective rate calculator converts this to your numbers.
Specific to Bybit: the Earn interest share counts too
Bybit Earn carries no extra fee of its own — the official line is that management costs are already reflected in the quoted APR. But it does generate an affiliate interest share: not your fee, but a cut Bybit pays the inviter, which most KOLs simply keep.
Up to 40% of that is returned as well. The mechanism is explained in Bybit Earn interest share.
Does the code expire?
No. The relationship is written at account creation and holds permanently — no expiry, no quota. What changes is the percentage, not the code. And because a binding is nearly impossible to change, binding to the wrong party is hard to undo.
Already registered without a code?
A Bybit referral code cannot be added later, but Bybit supports an official KYC-transfer route — the same identity can move to a new account to complete a rebind. See the Bybit rebind guide.
This matters more on Bybit than anywhere else: with no official auto-rebate, not rebinding means never recovering any fees at all.
Why do different sources offer different rebates?
1. Direct partnership versus a resold sub-affiliate
We hold direct, long-term agreements with each exchange. Many codes online belong to individuals operating as sub-affiliates — and affiliate status is reviewed. If that person fails review or is downgraded, the rate their users receive is affected directly. You are bound to them, not to the exchange.
2. Whether they are still around
A common pattern: an individual code promises manual top-ups, pays for a few months, then stops answering — and a binding is almost impossible to change, so you stay locked in while still paying fees.
3. How much they give back
We pass most of the share to users and rely on the relationship lasting. Actual percentages are in the tier table above and shown live on the rebate platform (Quant Nova).
FAQ
How much does Bybit code NOVA888 earn?
Up to 40% by tier. Because Bybit has no automatic rebate, that 40% is a single total rather than a stack.
What happens if you skip the code?
You pay full fees with nothing returned. Bybit has no official auto-rebate, unlike Binance, OKX, Bitget and Gate.
Can the code be added after registering?
No, but an official KYC transfer can rebind you — see the rebind guide.
Does Bybit Earn generate a rebate too?
Yes. Earn carries no extra fee, but it generates an affiliate interest share, of which up to 40% is returned to you — see Bybit Earn interest share.
When does the rebate arrive?
Once your UID is bound, every rebate and tier point is recorded on the rebate platform (Quant Nova) for you to view and withdraw.
Does Bybit really have no automatic rebate at all?
Correct. Binance, OKX, Bitget and Gate each return 20% automatically as a floor; Bybit has no such layer — its rebate comes entirely from the affiliate share. On Bybit the difference between binding and not is "something" versus "zero", not "more" versus "less".
I already have an account and trade often — is rebinding worth it?
Put your monthly volume into the third column of the table above; that column is currently 0. Routes are in the Bybit rebind guide.
Does a rebate affect my VIP level?
No. VIP follows volume; a rebate is returned afterwards. They stack and do not offset each other.
