Bybit Rebind Guide: Code NOVA888 for Up to 40% Fee Rebate

Bybit fee rebates run 30%-40% by tier — above the common 20% KOL discount. This guide covers rebinding for existing users (multi-KYC and the official KYC transfer with its full conditions), plus a rebate-tier table, an XP example and the register link for code NOVA888.

Register or rebind on Bybit with referral code NOVA888 and your fee rebate reaches up to 40%, depending on your tier. Every trade you make incurs a fee; a rebate lowers that cost over time. Already have a Bybit account? This guide covers the two ways to rebind (including the full KYC-transfer conditions), with a rebate-tier table and the register link.

How much is the Bybit fee rebate?

In one line: the Bybit fee rebate is tier-based, starting at 30% and reaching up to 40%.

The common KOL offer is a 20% fee discount; through Quant Nova's one-stop rebate data platform, registering with code NOVA888 gives you 30% right away (up to 40% fee rebate), and you can track your rebate balance, tier and XP live on the site.

Unlike most exchanges, Bybit's rebate is a single total rate — it isn't split into a 20% auto-rebate plus an extra rebate. The higher your tier (set by accumulated fees), the higher your rate, up to 40% at the top tier.

When do you need to rebind?

If your Bybit account was not registered under our referral code, the system cannot credit rebates to you — and Bybit only lets you enter a referral code when you create the account; it cannot be added afterwards. So to earn rebates as an existing user, you rebind: bind your existing account (or a new one opened with the same KYC) to NOVA888, and the fees you generate from then on start accruing rebates.

How existing Bybit users rebind

Bybit lets you pass KYC on three separate accounts using a driver's license, a passport and an ID card. Use one document you haven't used yet to register a new account through the dedicated link and bind NOVA888.

Option 2: move your existing KYC to a new account

If you would rather not redo KYC, move your old account's KYC to a new account opened via our link. Steps:

  1. First, register a brand-new, unverified account via the Quant Nova dedicated link (do this first — the referral code does not transfer with your KYC).
  2. At least 24 hours after your old account completed KYC, go to Profile → Identity Verification → Identity Transfer and move the KYC to the new account. See the Bybit official guide.

Note Bybit's rules before you transfer:

Once done, the new account is bound to NOVA888 and your fees start accruing rebates.

How is the Bybit rebate calculated? (a reproducible example)

Formula: rebate = your monthly fees × the rebate rate for your tier.

First, the fee. Using Bybit's 0.055% perp taker rate with 2,500 USDT margin at 20x leverage, the notional is 50,000 USDT and the one-side fee is 50,000 × 0.055% = 27.5 USDT (see the complete fee-rebate guide).

Then the rebate. Say you accumulate 100 USDT of Bybit fees in a month and reach the top tier (40%): rebate = 100 × 40% = 40 USDT. At lower tiers the rate falls between 30% and 40%.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum Bybit fee rebate?

It is tier-based, starting at 30% and reaching up to 40%. Your tier is set by the fees (XP) you accumulate, and reaching a threshold takes effect immediately.

Can I add a Bybit referral code after signing up?

No. Bybit only lets you enter a referral code when you create the account; it cannot be added or changed afterwards. If you already have an account, use the rebind methods above instead.

I already have a Bybit account — can I rebind and still earn rebates?

Yes. The most recommended options are Option 1 (open a new account with another unused document — license, passport or ID card — via the dedicated link) and Option 2 (open a new account, then move your existing KYC over per Bybit's official steps).

What are the limits on transferring KYC?

Four main ones: the receiving account must be unverified; transfer is only available 24 hours after KYC completion; after a successful transfer you cannot transfer again for 180 days; and withdrawals and fiat are restricted on both accounts for 24 hours afterwards.

Do my assets and referral code move with the KYC transfer?

No. Identity transfer moves only your KYC — assets, email, phone and the referral code stay behind. That is why you must register the new account with our link (NOVA888) first, then transfer the KYC, so rebates are credited to you.

How many accounts can one person open on Bybit?

Bybit lets you pass KYC on three separate accounts using a driver's license, a passport and an ID card, so one person can verify up to three accounts with those three documents.

Is a fee discount the same as a fee rebate?

No. A fee-discount coupon is Bybit's own new-user promo — it usually has an expiry and must be claimed under Assets → Coupons. A fee rebate is us returning your fees by tier (30%–40%), which accrues and can be withdrawn.

How is Bybit's rebate different from other exchanges?

Bybit uses a single total rebate (30%–40%), not a 20% auto-rebate plus an extra rebate like some others. To compare the actual rebate across exchanges at the same fee, see the tier table above.

After rebinding, when do rebates start?

Once you bind NOVA888, the fees you generate afterwards start accruing rebates and XP, which you can track on the rebate platform (Quant Nova).
