The three ways people get this wrong
Assuming it can be added any time. Pionex's refill has a deadline (next section); after that, only support can help.
Submitting without checking the field. Once a referral code is submitted it cannot be changed or removed, so make sure it reads NOVA888 first.
Never binding the UID. Pionex has no automatic exchange layer, so without a bound UID there is no rebate at all.
Already have a Pionex account?
Per Pionex's official refill guide: an account that registered without a referral code can add one within 14 days of signing up — or within 3 days if it has already placed a trade. The refill is done from the avatar menu on the website or app, and once submitted it cannot be changed either.

Pionex internal transfer: sent straight to your Pionex UID, off-chain. Pionex sets a 2 USDT minimum for internal transfers — that is Pionex's threshold, not Quant Nova's.
USDT (BEP20) on-chain: sent to a wallet address you choose.
