The three ways people get this wrong

• Dropping the prefix and typing NOVA888. This trap is specific to MEXC: every other exchange's code is plain NOVA888, so typing from memory drops the mexc- prefix — and a wrong code is the same as no code.
• Clicking another referral link mid-signup. The later one overwrites the first. Pick your code and go through that one link end to end.
• Assuming it can be added later. A MEXC referral code can only be entered at signup; once the account exists it cannot be added or changed. Miss it and rebinding is the only route.

1. Direct partnership versus a resold sub-affiliate

3. How much they give back
