Fee Rebate for Spot Investors & DCA: Long-Term Buyers Quietly Pay Fees Too (2026)

DCA and long-term investing look low-activity, but every buy pays spot fees. On 100k USDT bought monthly (spot ~0.1%, ~100 USDT in fees), binding through Quant Nova returns up to Gate 70, Binance 40 per month. Rebate applies to spot too, and it adds up over the years.

DCA and long-term holding look "low-activity," but every buy and every rebalance pays spot fees, and over the years that adds up. Rebate applies to spot fees just the same. On 100k USDT bought monthly (spot rate ~0.1%, ~100 USDT in monthly fees), binding through Quant Nova returns up to Gate 70, Bitget 50, Binance 40, Bybit 40, OKX 20 (official 20%, extra via support) each month. Your buying doesn't change — you just get part of the fees back.

Who is this for?

Spot-focused investors dollar-cost-averaging into BTC/ETH or building long-term allocations. You don't chase frequency, but every monthly buy pays a fee — rebate returns part of that long-term cost, and you change nothing.

Why DCA investors should bind rebate too

Spot rates (~0.1%) are usually higher than perp taker (~0.05%), so the same-size spot buy actually costs more in fees. DCA is something you do for years, so returning 40%–70% of monthly fees compounds into a meaningful saving over time. And rebate doesn't affect your investment decisions — you keep DCA'ing and simply reclaim fees you'd otherwise pay for nothing.

How much can you save? (DCA scenario)

At a spot rate of ~0.1%, buying 100k USDT a month (~100 USDT in monthly fees), and each exchange's top tier, you get back per month:

Paying fees with an exchange token (e.g. BNB) lowers what you actually pay, so the rebate base drops too, but the rebate rate is unchanged.

Which exchange fits you?

DCA investors value spot depth, coin selection, and long-term safety. If you want the most back, Gate (up to 70%) returns the most on the same fees and lists the most coins; if you prefer liquidity and ecosystem, Binance 40% is still top-tier. Pick one you'll use long term and register with the code to secure the top rebate. Tier is set by rolling-30-day fees — see below:

FAQ

I only buy spot and barely trade futures — can I still earn rebate?

Yes. Rebate returns a percentage of the fees you actually pay, and spot fees count toward rebate and XP just the same.

If I pay fees with an exchange token (like BNB), do I still get rebate?

Yes. After the discount you pay lower fees, so the rebate base is lower, but the rebate rate is unchanged — the two work together.

My DCA volume is small — is binding worth it?

Yes. DCA runs for years, and the fees add up; returning part of them at zero cost effectively lowers your long-term holding cost.

If I don't withdraw for a long time, does rebate expire?

Rebate accumulates in USDT in your balance and can be withdrawn anytime. Actual rules follow what the Quant Nova platform shows; ask support if unsure.

Why is OKX only counted at 20%?

OKX policy only permits advertising up to 20%, so the estimate uses 20%; anything beyond 20% is arranged via support.

These are estimates using reference rates; actual fees and rebates follow what each exchange and the Quant Nova platform display in real time. This article is information, not investment advice.
